Hi all. In regards to the new Soma Xpress 650B tires, any of you early
adopters feel inclined to gather and add the data to the 650B tire
spreadsheet?:
That sounds about right for front wheel clearance. You might be able to fit
slightly larger, but it could depend on fork to fork variation.
The rear uses long horizontal dropouts and tire clearance depends heavily on

According to the site, you can only cram 38s in there with fenders. Has anyone

I am a new to this list but not to cycling.
Last year I built up this 650B bike around an old Italian ladies racing
frame. I bought the frame on ebay and have no idea of how old it is.
I was browsing the Australian National Archives a few weeks ago and came
across Ernie Old, who on his 80th birthday completed an 80 day ride
averaging 80 miles a day. He was still doing long distance touring in
Instant classic is right, that's a beautiful bike Peter.
When I ride my 100 miles on my 100th birthday I would love for it to be on
something like that but realistically I'll probably be on a trike by then.

past week for d2r2.
