s very good and welcome news!! Seriously, just about everybody here was au=
sgefreaken (as the Germans say) at the thought that Pacenti parts might not=
come back.
But I think you should name the company "NuWave-O". Gives it some old-worl=
d flair... lord knows you could use some... BTdub, you can use that withou=
t paying me, it's my gift to you. Well OK, some free fork crowns would be =
OK, since you insist.

Dear FB's,
I thought you all might be interested to know that I sold my company a few =
weeks ago. My last day as Production Manager at Lynskey Performance was Wed=
nesday March, 30th and I resumed full time operations of Pacenti Cycle Desi=
gn today.
An investment group from Chattanooga purchased my entire company, not just =
the Bikelugs.com / framebuilding supply part. I will remain on board as a p=
artner and handle the day-to-day operations. We have formed a new company (=
NuWave LLC) of which Pacenti Cycle Design will be a division. Our main goal=
for the immediate future is to get Bikelugs.com up and running at full spe=
ed again, as well as develop more Pacenti branded bicycle components. We sh=
ould have all castings completely restocked in 2 months or less.
Long term, we have some exciting things in the works involving some very ad=
vanced composite materials. I will keep you all posted as to our progress i=
n this area; but feel free to contact me privately anytime for more info.
