We answered this a few threads ago. As faithful Testor rep, I know the paint 
and this is best: start with 1111 Gloss Blue and slowly add, drop by drop, 
1145 Gloss White. I've got Blue Rambouillet and if you work this up as 
suggested 
you'll get very very very close. Have no hard/fast how-much-white-to-add 
advice...just eyeball it, be patient, you can do it.
