As I did last year, I also thought I'd go ahead and parse out some of the
other "top 10" lists to highlight where the most significant changes have
occurred.  Two of these have more than 10 states listed as there were ties.

NET GROWTH: The states that saw their overall membership numbers climb in
'07 are:

Col. A = Total Number of TCA Members per US State
Col. B = Net Change in Membership from '06
Col. C = Percentage of net change in Membership from '06

NEW MEMBERS: Although most are struggling to maintain overall membership,
the states showing the strongest growth or retention in new members are:

Col. A = No. of members with membership #'s greater than 11000
Col. B = % of newer members as a component of total membership
Col. C = Overall change in membership from '06 to '07
COl. D = % of overall change in membership from '06 to '07
